Yes as stated the first version of the new website has been released to a random URL for prototype purposes. There is obviously still plenty of work that needs to be done on the site, but any feedback at all would be appreciated (literally anything). So be sure to regularly check the site for updates, we will be updating the site on a weekly basis with latest news, pictures, tournament and training information, videos and much more! So keep in touch and spread the word!

Hey guys this update has taken me a while so I am sorry but I hope that you are not too disappointed.
We noticed a slight bug when creating the site where a mixture of pre-rendered letters would appear on the left-hand side of the screen when the user scrolled up and down. We were unsure however if this was only on the computer we maintain the website from and so were relying on your feedback for support. I am happy to say that we got that support and I fixed the problem by making the background image larger so that the lettering which was already on the page would not overlap and leave itself on the background.
There is a lot of additions in this update I'm sure you will see most of them yourselves. The update includes the addition of the 'News' page as I think it looked out of place on the main page in the format it was in. There are also updates on most of the news articles themselves so be sure to check them all out. Hope you all like the changes I am also now monitoring the website and all of the user activity to help me get a better idea of how much it's used and who by.
In order to see the website at it's best you will need to view it in the same way that we do to develop it, so try changing your desktop resolution to 1024 x 768 if you don't already have it set to this (Right click on your desktop, select properties, go to the tab on the right-hand end and use the slider to change the resolution. Don't forget to click apply!). Secondly we are using Mozilla Firefox as the chosen internet explorer as it is far superior to Internet Explorer (and 100% FREE!!!). New Website Yes! In (hopefully) the not too distant future there will be a new club website. The reason for this is because Adam and I are currently experiencing difficulty with the borders of this site (hence why best viewed in 1024x768) and Adam also needs something to do for his dissertation, so a new site with loads of extra features like an online database, some online order forms, forums, etc will get Adam loads of marks and will provide the club an awesome site. Although Adam has decided against doing the website for his dissertation, we still have been pressuring the University into paying for our very own webspace and domain - and here it is! With this new site we will have enough space for all the videos and pictures from previous socials and tournaments for your leisure to download and view. The server that has been provided for us is of very high quality and should solve many issues we faced before with space, speed and reliability.
So! have a look around and enjoy the site (recent updates are the kit page, first social night and dorset open tournament), and be sure to check your email's to keep the know on whats going on.
